Serverless PostgreSQL database: accounts, conversations and application data. Our database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.

Redis for rate limiting, usage counters, model health and short-lived caches.

Payment processing and billing. We never see or store card numbers.

Sending account email: verification, password reset, receipts, trial and product notices.

Hosts our support mailbox. Only the messages you send us.

Error tracking and performance monitoring. Our project stores its data in Sentry's EU region (Germany).

Product analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies: which features are used. Never your email, conversation content or payment details. Sign-in tokens in URLs are redacted before sending.

Main route to free chat models (the live list is at /leaderboard). OpenRouter forwards each request to the model's host; every request is sent with data collection denied, so hosts that train on prompts never receive it.

Fallback route for Google's free models (such as Gemma) — only for requests from outside the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, and for our own content drafts. Google's free quota may not serve users in those regions under its terms, so we never send their requests there.

Switched off since 3 October 2026. If we turn its free tier back on, it serves as a backup route for some free chat models. Groq does not train on API inputs.

Free image generation (Sana) and a last-resort chat fallback.

Extra image models (FLUX, Qwen-Image), only when you add your own fal.ai key (billed to you).

Web search when you enable it in chat. Only the search query is sent.

Backup web search provider. Only the search query is sent.

Optional Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0), and read-only Gmail access if you connect Gmail to a ZeroClaw agent.

Delivers messages if you connect a ZeroClaw agent to your own Telegram bot.
